UVC Bandwidth Technology
Purified Air developed their UVC bandwidth odour control systems as an alternative to the ON 100 unit. The UV-C and UV-O, odour control ranges use UVC bandwidth technology to eliminate cooking smells. UVC bandwidth technology is based on the synergy, which occurs when Ozone and ultra-violet light are combined. The high output UVC bandwidth lamps produce Ozone from the Oxygen in the air that passes across them. This Ozone then oxidises the malodourous gases in the extract duct nullifying the smells.

- Low uniform air resistance.
- Easy to maintain with lamps needing periodical cleaning and replacement.

Maintenance
During routine maintenance the lamps need to be cleaned and once a year they require replacing by a specialist.
